In this role you will consult and engage with leading health systems in North America around shaping healthcare environments tooptimize workflows, enhance efficiencies, and improve staff and patient experiences.

From peer reviews to creating thought-leadership, you’llleverage space as the medium to improve healthcare experiences for all involved.
+ You’ll be a part of a world-class global design team shaping the future of healthcare, andget involved with adapting and definingour next-generation healthcare technologies to meet customer needs and goals.

You're the right fit if:
+ You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience inhealthcare architecture, planning, interior design and/or industrial design, as well as comfort in a client-facing, consulting role environmentfacilitating workshops and engagements with executive-level participants in a confident manner.
+ Your skills include strongproficiency in both 2D & 3D design software (SketchUp, REVIT, Adobe, Enscape) and outstanding visualization skills, familiarity with healthcare planning/design guidelines and standards documents. Expertise in advanced visualization skills and Generative AI tools is a plus.
+ You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, interiordesign and/or industrial design, and ideally hold LEED and EDAC certifications. Licensure preferred but not required.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re a great communicator and collaborator, self-motivated, work well in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks or projects, and have a passion for improving healthcare experiences for all.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV) is $114,713 to $183,540
The pay range for this position in (AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY) is $120,750 to $193,200
The pay range for this position in (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA) is $126,788 to $202,860
The pay range for this position in (CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ) is $135,240 to $216,384
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
