Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior Change Enablement Specialist will support the Expanse Process Improvement Pod work. They will be a shared service to support Change Management Strategy and Communications for the pod’s product improvement initiatives.

Major Responsibilities:

+ Act as a change management and communications lead on Agile project teams, embedding change strategies into iterative delivery cycles to support rapid, incremental transformation.

+ Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to guide individuals and teams through change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors.

+ Collaborate with product owners, scrum teams, and business stakeholders to align change activities with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

+ Develop and execute change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement activities, and communication strategies tailored to the project.

+ Create and deliver timely, relevant communications that support continuous delivery and reinforce key messages across diverse stakeholder groups.

+ Monitor change readiness and adoption metrics, using feedback and data to iterate on change approaches in alignment with Agile principles.

+ This role requires a strong understanding of Change Management, exceptional communication skills and a passion for enabling people-centered transformation in a dynamic healthcare setting

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ 5 years of experience in Change Management or related field

+ PROSCI certification preferred

+ This role may require up to 50% travel

+ Position located in Nashville, TN
