    Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting the talent acquisition teams recruitment efforts including travel booking, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

     

    This position has a target wage of $20.80 - $31.20 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

    This position is based at corporate headquarters in Salisbury, MD.

    Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including invoice processing, calendar management, and reporting.

    + Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders as appropriate.

    + Utilize Concur to handle candidate travel bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

    + Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets.

    + Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS).

    + Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives, as requested.

    Minimum Education and Experience

    **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experience.

    The Ideal Candidate will also have:

    + At least 1+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative role.

    + Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    + Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software. SuccessFactors experience, desired.

    + Effective time-management and ability to prioritize competing demands.

    Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

    + Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.

    + May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.

    + May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

    + Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment
