Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Operator to safely monitor vehicle operations. The primary objective of the Operator is to ensure operators are providing a safe, reliable and friendly transportation to the customers. Assists in problem resolution, prepares reports to management regarding driver knowledge and skills, and assists Operations Manager in resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide oversight of vehicle operators

- Observes skills and work habits of field drivers

- Assist dispatch and maintenance

- Assist operators with service or passenger problems

Skills and Requirements

- HS Diploma or GED

- Valid driver's license

- Class B CDL

- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel/Word)

- Computer savvy and able to generate clear and concise reports null
