    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Lead Maintenance Specialist to join our client onsite in Oviedo, FL.

     

    The Lead Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the companys facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment. This includes performing corrective and preventative maintenance, managing structural repairs, and overseeing carpentry projectsfrom cost estimation to supply requisition. The role also involves maintaining the companys fleet vehicles and handling groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and snow removal. Work orders are completed efficiently, and a company vehicle may be used to transport tools and materials.

     

    This position requires broad knowledge of construction practices, tools, safety protocols, and building codes, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office, CMMS, and Workday. An understanding of risk management, Emergency Action Plans, and NFPA standards is also essential.This role can pay between $27/hr - $30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, & the ability to pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check

    • 5 or more years of maintenance experience in a multitude of disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.)

    • Experience in construction methods & practices

    • The ability to work on-call including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed · OSHA 10 Hour certification

    • National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) certification null
