You don't need to know anything about cars or parts – we'll train you on everything you need to know to succeed.

This position starts at $13 per hour.
_What to Expect_
As a remote Automotive Parts Support Agent at Morley, you'll help dealers and wholesale parts distributors who need vehicle parts information.

+ Computer, typing and phone skills
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Detail oriented
+ High-speed, hardwired internet connection (e.g., cable or fiberoptic broadband) that you can connect to by ethernet or landline _(Note: wireless, 5G and satellite internet unfortunately won’t work for this role)_

Tasks:
+ Provide fantastic service over the phone
+ Use your computer skills to:
+ Identify, order and locate parts
+ Track shipments
+ Check availability of parts
+ Escalate cases to Liaison and Team Leads if needed
+ Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Skills for Success
_Required Skills_
+ Computer, typing and phone skills
+ Can speak and type effectively at the same time
+ Able to quickly understand the customer, build rapport and work with them in a professional manner
+ Able to problem-solve, act as a consultant and resolve customer issues
+ Be organized, able to meet deadlines
+ Have a positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
_Eligibility Requirements_
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
+ Available to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)
+ Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
_Nice to Have_
+ College degree in a relevant or related field
+ Experience in the automotive industry
_Remote Work Requirements_
+ Michigan resident
+ High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
+ Secluded and distraction-free work environment
