Were looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to oversee customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across digital channels. This role partners closely with teams like Sales, Brand, Creative, and Product to drive performance marketing initiatives. Youll lead a high-performing team, optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, and manage testing frameworks to improve efficiency and ROI. A strong grasp of paid and organic channelssocial, search, SEO, programmatic, and moreis essential. Youll also collaborate with internal teams to enhance targeting, user experience, and measurement tools. Skills and Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, email/SMS, affiliate, and DSP.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with 4+ years of experience overseeing direct reports and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to define, track, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CPA, CPC, LTV) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Deep understanding of advertising and marketing technologies, including platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and more.
- Analytical expertise in A/B testing, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution, with a strong grasp of subscription models and customer lifetime value. - Cannabis industry experience
- Experience with subscription products, LTV and multi-touch attribution
- Deep expertise in performance marketing channels; familiarity with traditional channels null
