Job Description

A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Digital Content Strategy Manager to support their growing E-Commerce department. This person will report onsite in Memphis, Tennessee and work a hybrid schedule. They will be responsible for the planning and execution of digital content strategies to support business initiatives and elevate the customer experience while leading a small team of analysts.

Responsibilities may include:

- Develop and manage content strategies for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Oversee engaging digital content to drive traffic and conversions.

- Use analytics to optimize content performance and conduct A/B testing.

- Collaborate with SEO and SEM teams as well as various teams throughout the department

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in relevant field

- 6-8 years of experience working within the retail industry specifically in the digital content space

- Experience tracking KPI's to develop new strategies and support growth initiatives

- Comfortable leading and developing a junior team

- Strong understanding of digital touchpoints

- Google or Adobe analytics expertise - Higher education

- Local to Memphis

- Familiarity with Jira, CMS, or similar tools null
