    Job Description

    As a Business Systems Analyst supporting a telecom clients mobile division, you will work closely with business stakeholders and sponsoring teams to gather high-level requirements. Youll collaborate with the BSA Lead to formulate clarifying questions and engage stakeholders to refine and validate requirements. These will be translated into detailed, testable user stories in Jira, covering all relevant scenarios (positive, negative, and edge cases). Youll participate in review cycles to ensure accuracy and completeness and support development and QA teams by ensuring clarity and testability of requirements.

     

    Pay Range $37-$42 / hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

     

    Functional Business Analyst experience in an IT environment

    Hands-on experience with:

    Jira (user story creation, requirement tracking)

     

    Confluence

     

    Ability to independently research and extract information from tools such as SharePoint or Confluence

     

    Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart Experience in the telecom or mobile industry

     

    Experience collaborating with offshore teams

    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story development null
