Lake Ridge, a Cassia senior community, is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support our skilled nursing and assisted living teams. As a Scheduling Coordinator at Lake Ridge, you'll be responsible for managing staff schedules across our 83-bed campus (56-bed care center, 27 bed-assisted living) senior care community to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts. You’ll work closely with department leaders and team members to balance staffing needs and help maintain smooth daily operations. An understanding of staffing in a healthcare setting is helpful and CNA experience is plus, but not required.

Position Type:  Full-Time

Shifts Available

8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday

Wage Range: $21 - $28 / hour depending on experience

Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities:

+ Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the department.

+ Help with employee engagement programming and assistance.

+ Take after hours call coverage via phone.

+ Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.

+ Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.

+ Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

+ Perform additional tasks as needed.

Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:

+ Previous staff scheduling and health care experience a plus.

+ Must have strong customer service and communication skills.

+ Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours.

+ Ability to find solutions within guidelines that create win-win situations.

+ Desire to support a direct care team for the older population and others in need

+ Certified Nursing Assistant certificate encouraged, but not required.
