Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in clinical M&A to lead complex integration projects involving technology, infrastructure, and operations. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver seamless post-acquisition transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution for clinical M&A integrations, including full company onboarding into our environment.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets ($10M+), timelines, and resource allocations using Excel and Planview.
Coordinate across IT, clinical, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Track and report on project health, risks, and milestones using Jira, ServiceNow, and OneNote.
Prepare executive-level presentations and updates in PowerPoint.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and compliance standards.
Adapt project approach based on Agile or Waterfall methodologies as needed.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Experience managing M&A projects in the clinical or medical domain is required.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets of $10 million or more.
Proficiency in Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive accountability across teams.
Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external relationships. null
