Job Description
The Quality Specialist works cross-functionally to support multiple departments day-to-day documentation and training lifecycle activities within the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). The Quality Specialist works with a high degree of independence and is adept at troubleshooting problems, with an emphasis on critical thinking skills. This is a multifaceted, fast paced position that requires excellent time management, organization, prioritization and communication skills.
The compensation for this role ranges from $30/hr to 38/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelors degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience, or relevant comparable background
• Experience with data entry, working in a regulated industry, or DMS and/or LMS
• Proficient in Zoom, Teams and the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly MS Word.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Highly organized and self-motivated. · Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS and/or Veeva DMS
• Essential skills and knowledge
o Strong problem-solving skills
o Learning analytics and data analysis techniques
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Experience and ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, demonstrating high emotional intelligence
o Highly developed interpersonal skills
o Manage multiple projects concurrently with aggressive deadlines
o Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
O Willing to work flexible hours and days, when needed null
