    Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician, you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation department supporting vital infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician

    **Location:** Onsite - Quincy, WA

    **Duration** :5 month assignment with option to extend

    **Pay Range:** $24 per hour

     

    All training will be standard hours M-F 8:30-5p for the first week then consultants will move to their assigned schedule

     

    Front Half A Day Sun-Tues, Sun-Wed 6:30a – 6:30p

     

    Back Half B Day Wed-Sat, Wed-Sun 6:30a– 6:30p

     

    Front half A Night Sun-Tues, Sun-Wed 6:30p – 6:30a

     

    Back Half B Night Wed-Sat, Wed-Sun 6:30p– 6:30a

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform cycle audits and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries while documenting all transactions accurately.

    + Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process returns on failed equipment.

    + Develop working knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control practices.

    + Ensure compliance with security and data management policies while handling data-bearing devices.

    + Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies and maintaining detailed physical inventory records.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma AND 6 months experience or an internship in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field.

    + Preferred: 2 + years’ experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment.

    + Familiarity with IT hardware, warranty claims, and return merchandise authorizations (RMA).

    + Ability to operate heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) is a plus.

    + Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
