Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to join their team. You will be part of the IAM Tools Engineering team supporting the development of AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business analyst and product owner experience, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant (BA/PO)

**Location:** Charlotte,NC | Chandler,AZ | Minneapolis,MN | Dallas,TX - Hybrid

What's the Job?

+ Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating/upgrading technologies.

+ Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and scrum teams to ensure success against stated objectives, ensuring the team is building the right solutions for end users.

+ Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI-enabled applications, particularly those involving identity lifecycle management and access governance.

+ Partner with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to create user journey maps, process flows, wireframes, and feature documentation that reflect User-Centered Design best practices.

+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story refinement.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of practical Agile experience (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer on a scrum team).

+ 5+ years of experience as a practicing Technical Analyst.

+ Strong understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA, governance workflows.

+ Experience in Agile environments with working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

+ Proficiency in User-Centered Design methodologies and developing user journey maps, personas, and task flows.
