    Sr Master Scheduler Responsibilities and duties:

    + The Sr Master Scheduler will Maintain ERP system for all Material Functional areas as BOM and ship to locations.

    + Process customer releases and monitor changes to releases

    + Creates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system.

    + Coordinate with customer shipping and delivery schedules

    + Work closely with customers, team leaders, Quality Engineers, Logistics personnel to determine daily production requirements.

    + Identifies Customer cum inaccuracies and supplier inaccuracies as needed.

    + Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortage occurs.

    + Support new product/program launches

    + Formalizes sales and operations planning data.

    + Parameters drive inventory levels with manufacturing unit.

    + Lead improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

     

    Sr Master Scheduler Qualifications/Experience

     

    + Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain mgt., accounting, or engineering

    + Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge

    + Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills

    + PC software skills and QAD knowledge preferred

    + Ability to make quick decisions in dynamic fast paced environment

    + Ability to prioritize competing demands

    + Strong time management skills and customer focus

    + Advanced analytical problem solving skills to determine root cause of issues.

    Manufacturing Experience

    10 + years in applied experience in the automotive manufacturing environment
