As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our apartment complex, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

**Job Title:** Grounds Keeper (Janitorial)

**Location:** Columbus, GA

**Pay Range:** $18 per hour

**Shift:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

+ Assist in turning over vacant apartments, including changing locks, painting, light cleaning, and removing belongings.

+ Complete work orders alongside the maintenance supervisor to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

+ Contribute to a positive living experience for residents through diligent work and attention to detail.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Good communication skills to interact with team members and residents.

+ Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
