• Customer Service Rep

    **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

    **Location:** Pasco, WA

    **Pay Rate:** $22.89hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements

    + Assist customers with inquiries including tracing shipments, rate quotes, and billing questions

    + Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry

    + Process over, short, and damaged freight documentation for customer resolution

    + Work on a loading dock that may be slippery and is not climate-controlled

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 2+ years of customer service experience

    + Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills

    + Experience with Microsoft Office

    + Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends Excellent verbal and written communication skills
