Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to read and comprehend instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** New Hope, MN

**Pay Range:** $20.00 per hour

**Shift:** Monday - Friday; 3:00PM - 11:00PM

**Position Type:** 1 year contract with potential for conversion to full-time

What's the Job?

+ Responsible for uptime and running of production extruder lines.

+ Produces quality product in a timely manner while adhering to safety procedures.

+ Obtains and verifies the correct documentation and ingredients for production runs.

+ Sets up and starts extruder machinery, ensuring all controls are functioning properly.

+ Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

+ Fork Lift Operator License/previous experience is a plus.

+ Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly and handle up to 250 pounds occasionally.
