Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Freezer Lead to join their team. As a Freezer Lead, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Freezer Lead 2nd Shift

**Location:** Shirley, NY

**Pay Range:** $19.75-$20.25

**Shift:** 2nd Shift 2:00PM-10:00PM

What's the Job?

+ Perform various general plant tasks, including packaging, feeding product to the line, and ensuring quality control.

+ Ensure labels, packaging, and codes are correct and complete necessary paperwork for the shift supervisor.

+ Adhere to Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Health and Safety policies at all times.

+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

+ Follow company policies and best practices while completing other reasonable duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

+ Bilingual Spanish

+ Manufacturing experience preferred, not required.

+ Ability to speak, read, and write in English with basic comprehension.

+ Good hand and manual dexterity with the ability to stand for long periods.

+ Flexibility to work rotating and/or weekend shifts.
