    Our client is seeking a Shift Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Strong communication skills, along with leadership skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: 1st Shift Lead

     

    Pay Range: $20-$22

     

    1st Shift 6:30am - 4PM

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the production floor.

    + Ensure shift goals for production output, quality, and safety are met or exceeded.

    + Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate technical problems as needed.

    + Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in problem-solving activities.

    + Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Previous lead experience in a manufacturing Environment

    + Strong leadership skills

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Detailed Oriented

    + Able to work weekends when needed
