Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of a collaborative and respectful environment, supporting the production of high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively with various materials, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician

**Location:** Costa Mesa, CA

**Pay Range:** $23 - $27/hr

**Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Comprehensive understanding of, and ability to use all forms of power deburr/edge break tools (air, manual and electric)

+ Complete all final manual operations and inspections prior to the delivery of manufactured components.

+ Competent with various forms of measuring equipment (e.g. micrometres, callipers, gauge pins, go/no-go gauges, etc.)

+ Utilize hand tools and pneumatic tools effectively in the manufacturing process.

+ Perform washing and cleaning of components as needed.

+ Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in handling various materials.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Comprehensive understanding of power deburr/edge break tools and their attachments.

+ Competence with manual deburr tools and ability to interpret detailed instructions.

+ Experience with various measuring equipment such as micrometres and callipers.

+ Strong mechanical and component assembly experience.
