Our client, a leader in the warehousing and distribution industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to join their team. As an Inventory Control Lead, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $21.00/ Hourly

What's the Job?

+ Oversee inventory control functions and manage all inventory transactions including material transfers, scrap, and returns to stock.

+ Analyze all inventory discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy through a robust cycle counting program.

+ Generate daily cycle count reports and conduct thorough investigations to provide complete analysis on discrepancies.

+ Support all warehouse functions, including receiving, return merchandise authorizations, and kitting.

+ Ensure associates are properly trained and have access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned tasks.

What's Needed?

+ 2 years of inventory control experience in a warehousing and/or distribution environment.

+ Experience with time clocking systems, 5S programs, and WMS systems preferred.

+ Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Basic math skills and the ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
