Job Descriptions:
Build Delta 9 PEX program compliant with all applicable DAF instructions.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, account management, and training support to Delta 9 PEX.
- Develop, manage, provide, and instruct PEX training to Delta 9 instructors.
- Create and transfer PEX account for all inbound/outbound Delta 9 personnel.
- Build and update the template for tracking currency and proficiency (e.g. Training Activity Report (TAR) inputs in PEX) for Delta 9 crew positions.
Provide course management (e.g email course welcome letters, scheduling traiing spaces, and coordinating with Security etc...), build, and maintain lessons plans, Plan of Instruction (POI), visual aids, written assessment/answer key, and scenarios/scripts for Delta 9 courses.
Audit and review curriculum to ensure compliance with Instructional system design (ISD).
Provide support for Delta 9 course instruction.
Required Experience:
3+ years space operations and training experience.
Bachelors Degree in relevant career field or relevant experience.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
