    Education Qualifications:

    In this vital role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care and patient support services.

     

    You will play a key role in ensuring that care provided meets established standards, promotes optimal patient outcomes, and supports organizational quality and safety goals.

     

    Partner to assess, plan, manage, and evaluate nursing care and daily operations within the Emergency Department

     

    Ensure streamlined and effective patient care delivery systems that support smooth transitions across the continuum of care.

     

    Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain an efficient and high-functioning unit.

     

    Drive clinical excellence through participation in departmental goal setting and performance improvement initiatives.

     

    Support financial stewardship through effective operational and resource management.

     

    Facilitate orientation, training, ongoing education, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.

     

    Cultivate a collaborative, team-based environment that promotes clinical excellence and compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

    Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

     

    Two years of Nursing leadership experience.

     

    Experience in an Emergency Department.

     

    Nursing license in appropriate state of employment.

     

    Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required or ability to obtain within 1 month.
