Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a **Senior Specialty Software Engineer** in Charlotte, NC.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Analyze business requirements, design, and write technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions. Develop original and/or complex code. Lead and/or perform modeling, simulations and analysis efforts. Verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, test and debug programs. Participate in overall systems testing. Lead the migration of applications to production. Developing new documentation, participate in the development of department technical procedures and designs user guides. Act as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee updates and tests of the business continuation plan. Remote work permitted two days per week.

Required Qualifications** **:
Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience.
Position requires the following:
+ Core Java experience;
+ SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience;
+ Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience;
+ Design pattern experience;
+ Multi-Threading Experience;
+ Oracle experience;
+ MS SQL server experience;
+ Capital markets experience;
+ Calypso technology experience;
+ C++ experience;
+ Oracle Coherence development or implementation experience;
+ JavaScript development experience;
+ and Ruby experience.
