    Description We are looking for a success-driven HR Coordinator to join our team in Waco, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various HR functions, from onboarding and employee relations to compliance and administrative tasks.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.

    • Provide assistance with recruitment efforts, including managing job postings and coordinating new employee paperwork.

    • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.

    • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

    • Assist in administering employee benefits, including answering inquiries and supporting enrollment processes.

    • Collaborate on performance review processes and provide guidance to managers.

    • Handle HR compliance activities, such as policy updates and adherence to labor laws.

    • Facilitate termination processes and ensure proper documentation is completed.

    • Provide support for workers' compensation cases and ensure timely resolution of claims.

    • Contribute to various HR initiatives and step in to handle diverse tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR administrative processes.

    • Knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and labor laws.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

    • Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to team success.

    • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration is highly desirable.
