    Description Skills and qualifications

    3 years of proven Microsoft 365 experience and 5 years of detail oriented IT experience, including DNS, DHCP and related configuration

     

    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft-based solutions including Active Directory and O365 services experience including Teams, Intune, Entra, and Exchange Online

     

    Possess knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems common to a business environment

     

    Convey strong critical thinking/problem solving skills, as well as project management skills and the ability to prioritize

     

    Ability to create and maintain diagrams of network configurations using Visio

     

    Patient, friendly demeanor with a great aptitude for listening

     

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

     

    Willingness to travel up to 10%

    Preferred qualifications

    Experience with cloud migrations and IT infrastructure management

     

    Experience with modern devops and scripting/automation of IaaS

     

    Microsoft certifications Microsoft-102 and/or Microsoft-900 are a plus

     

    Understanding of the NIST (or similar) standards for Microsoft 365 environments

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
