Position: IT Support Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented IT support professional to take ownership of day-to-day tech needs across both office and production environments. This person will play a key role in keeping systems running, users supported, and external IT partners aligned.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and general network connectivity

+ Handle the setup, maintenance, and inventory of IT equipment and software

+ Coordinate with outside IT vendors when issues need to be escalated

+ Oversee routine system monitoring and make sure everything from backups to access control is working as expected

+ Install updates, patches, and deploy software as needed

+ Support and train employees on IT tools and processes

+ Maintain security systems like surveillance cameras and access controls

+ Keep records organized: IT documentation, asset logs, issue tracking

+ Jump in on special projects as they come up

Requirements

Helpful Experience

+ At least 2 years of IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing setting

+ Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, networked environments, and cloud platforms

+ Familiar with ERP systems and/or other business software

+ Knows their way around basic cybersecurity principles and data protection practices

+ Can work independently, communicate clearly, and manage shifting priorities

+ Has experience managing outside vendors and keeping service agreements on track
