Description
Are you a passionate and driven detail-oriented sales professional with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals? We are working with a leading provider of high-quality building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll use your sales expertise and customer service skills to connect customers with industry-leading solutions, ensuring their success on construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with builders, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to understand their project needs and recommend appropriate building products. Sales Growth: Identify and qualify leads through incoming inquiries as well as outbound calling efforts to generate new business and grow existing accounts. Product Expertise: Build a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including industry trends, specifications, and applications, to answer questions and provide tailored recommendations. Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, including quoting, order tracking, and coordination with operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns and troubleshooting with professionalism, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Relationship Development: Develop long-term partnerships with customers by establishing trust, providing excellent service, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activity in CRM software, including pipeline management, call logs, and customer notes.
Requirements Qualifications: Experience: Proven success in inside sales, customer service, or a related role; experience in building materials or construction is highly desirable. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive yet customer-focused approach to sales. Technical Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand product specifications and applications in the building/construction industry. Self-Motivation: High levels of initiative and drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with online quoting and order systems is a plus.
