Position: contract Purchase and Sales Specialist Location: Windsor, CT Duration: contract (potential for extensions) Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage purchase and sales order processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to facilitate seamless transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Monitor inventory levels, shipping timelines, and delivery accuracy to meet client expectations. Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and support company goals. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to recommend cost-effective purchasing strategies. Requirements Proven experience in purchasing, sales operations, or a related role. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant ERP systems is a must (experience with systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not required.
