Description

A national full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys, including a partner, with Insurance Defense and Coverage cases.

The salary range for the role is 75-95k DOE, and offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, PTO, paid court holidays and other perks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with discovery processes, including document production and review.

• Manage case files and ensure all court deadlines are met.

• Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, drafting trial binders, and coordinating logistics.

• Conduct legal research and draft summaries to aid in case development.

• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and pleadings.

• Maintain and update case management software with accurate and timely information.

• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.

Requirements

+ 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal

+ Experience with Insurance Defense and/or Coverage Litigation matters in Washington state

+ Understanding of Washington state superior and district court procedures

+ Prior experience handing discovery and drafting discovery documents

+ Proven performance as a remote employee

+ Washington resident, preference for those within an hour of Seattle
