    Email Marketing / Campaign Specialist (Contract – Onsite/Hybrid)

    Overview:

    We’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to support campaign planning, list segmentation, content development, and analytics for our lifecycle and promotional email programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build and deploy email campaigns in platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or Mailchimp

    + Manage segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing

    + Monitor and optimize open rates, CTRs, conversions

    + Collaborate with content, design, and demand gen teams

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of email marketing experience

    + Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email

    + Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms

    + Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
