    A top-rated auto body shop in Carlsbad is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the face of their front office. Known for their craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional service, this shop is trusted by both loyal customers and major insurance providers.

     

    This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle phones, paperwork, and customer updates with ease. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers bringing in their vehicles for repair—providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience from drop-off to pick-up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet customers and assist with intake of vehicles for repair

    + Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services, estimates, and timelines

    + Schedule appointments and coordinate with estimators and technicians

    + Communicate with insurance companies and assist with claim documentation

    + Provide regular updates to customers on repair status

    + Maintain accurate records in the shop management system

    + Process payments and handle customer follow-up after service completion

    Requirements

    + 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in automotive or service-based industries

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

    + Familiarity with estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell) is a plus

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry

    + Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

    + A positive attitude and a passion for helping people
