We are partnering with a growing organization in search of a highly skilled Senior Accountant with a strong background in property accounting, fixed asset management, and full-cycle month-end close. This position is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules, including depreciation calculations and disposals.

+ Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet and income statement reports.

+ Manage and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

+ Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

+ Support budgeting and audit processes as needed.

+ Work cross-functionally with property management, operations, and finance teams.

+ Maintain and manage accounting records in QuickBooks and Excel-based systems.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

+ 3–6+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on property or real estate accounting preferred.

+ Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).

+ Strong understanding of GAAP, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules.

+ Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.

Preferred Skills:

+ CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus.

+ Real estate, property management, or construction industry experience is highly desirable.

+ Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
