Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will handle all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, and month-end reconciliations. This is a permanent position offering competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and documentation.

• Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Assist with weekly check runs and ensure payments are processed promptly.

• Perform month-end reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure invoices align with received goods.

• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions for audit purposes.

• Communicate with vendors to address inquiries or issues related to payments.

• Support the implementation of any system updates or process improvements within the accounts payable department.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all financial transactions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.

• Proficient in invoice coding and processing with strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with purchase order matching and reconciliation processes.

• Ability to handle check runs and payment processing effectively.

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in accounting software.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and company policies related to accounts payable.
