    Description

    A boutique Scottsdale-based law firm, serving as outside counsel for a national subrogation company, is seeking a skilled Arizona-licensed Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This fully remote, full-time, contract-to-hire position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in civil litigation or personal injury, particularly those with experience in handling subrogation claims.

    About the Role:

    + Position Title: Litigation Associate Attorney

    + Location: 100% Remote (Can be based anywhere in the U.S.)

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Engagement Type: Contract-to-Hire (40 hours per week)

    + Pay Rate: $55-$65 per hour during the contract period, with potential pay adjustments upon permanent hire (DOE).

    + Reporting To: Managing Partner (One-Round Interview Process)

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Case Management: Manage subrogation claims, including those proceeding to litigation.

    + Legal Drafting: Draft and review motions, briefs, and other court-related documentation.

    + Discovery Process: Conduct thorough legal discovery and collaborate with other legal professionals.

    + Technology Utilization: Use FileVine or other legal software for file and documentation management.

    + Court Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable legal processes and timelines.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills Required:

    + Education: Juris Doctorate (JD).

    + Licensure: Must hold an active and good-standing membership with the State Bar of Arizona.

    + Experience: Strong background in civil litigation and personal injury. Experience with subrogation claims is a plus.

    + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with legal software, especially FileVine, is preferred.

    + Critical Skills:

    + Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

    + Effective written and verbal communication.

    + Ability to efficiently manage multiple cases.
