Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our client’s team in Sacaton, AZ. This is an onsite position that requires a visionary individual capable of designing and implementing cutting-edge IT systems while ensuring they meet current and future business needs. As a Systems Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and improving the IT infrastructure that drives organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and develop high-level, scalable system architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).

+ Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to define system requirements and technical specifications.

+ Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance IT infrastructure and improve efficiency.

+ Create detailed, well-structured documentation for system designs, data flows, and integration points.

+ Oversee the integration of software, hardware, and network components, ensuring seamless performance and data integrity.

+ Perform system modeling, simulation, and analysis to predict and troubleshoot issues before deployment.

+ Ensure compliance with security standards and industry-leading practices to safeguard enterprise systems and data.

+ Provide technical direction to the development team and participate in the development cycle as needed.

+ Manage scalability, reliability, and performance challenges in large-scale distributed systems.

+ Lead architecture reviews and ensure technical feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).

+ Proven experience as a Systems Architect or similar role.

+ Expertise in systems architecture design, development, and implementation.

+ Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), network design, and enterprise-level software.

+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others relevant to the job.

+ Solid knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies.

Preferred Skills:

+ Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

+ Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
