Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong experience in Power BI to join our data-driven team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

+ Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

+ Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into visual data solutions

+ Perform data modeling and transformation using Power Query (M) and DAX

+ Connect and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms

+ Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance

+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role

+ Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query

+ Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation

+ Experience working with data warehouses, cloud tools (e.g., Azure, Fabric), and relational databases

+ Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a user-friendly format

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points For:

+ Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Python, or R

+ Knowledge of business operations, finance, or supply chain analytics

+ Power BI certification or Azure Data Fundamentals
