Description
We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Medford, Oregon. This role requires a motivated individual who excels at generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct cold-calling and field visits to establish new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and territory development goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver superior service.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
Salary $55,000 commission - possibility to make up to $100k per year

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in cold-calling sales.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective territory sales strategies.
• Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
