Responsibilities
As an HR Manager, your role may involve:
+ Overseeing all facets of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
+ Developing and implementing HR policies and programs to align with organizational goals.
+ Partnering with leadership to create strategies for talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
+ Serving as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
+ Managing the recruitment process, including collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.
+ Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
+ Leading training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational success.
+ Overseeing payroll, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:
+ Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role with comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and laws.
+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
+ Exceptional communication abilities to build trust and rapport across all levels of an organization.
+ Proficiency in HRIS platforms and tools (e.g., Workday, ADP) and a strong understanding of HR analytics.
+ Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
+ A thorough understanding of compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
+ Experience with talent acquisition strategies and organizational development.
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
