• Cybersecurity Analyst

    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing security team. In this role, you will monitor and defend our organization's digital infrastructure from internal and external threats, support incident response activities, assess vulnerabilities, and help implement security best practices.

     

    + Continuously monitor security tools, logs, and systems (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) for suspicious activity or security violations.

    + Analyze alerts and correlate events to identify potential threats or incidents.

    + Triage and respond to cybersecurity incidents and escalations.

    + Assist in containment, eradication, and recovery activities.

    + Document incidents and conduct root cause analysis.

    + Perform regular vulnerability scans and assessments using tools like Nessus, Qualys, or OpenVAS.

    + Track and support remediation of identified risks in coordination with IT and DevOps teams.

    + Support compliance initiatives (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.).

    + Help enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.

    + Prepare reports and metrics for leadership and audits.

    + Assist in developing and delivering user security awareness programs.

    + Promote a security-first culture across the organization.

    + Stay up to date on the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

    + Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and controls.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles.

    + Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, and antivirus solutions.

    + Knowledge of networking fundamentals, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and security principles.

    + Understanding of threat actors, malware types, and common attack vectors (phishing, ransomware, etc.).
