Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in Addison, Illinois. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with technical capabilities.

• Develop detailed user stories and functional specifications to support development and implementation processes.

• Review and troubleshoot SQL queries to support debugging and issue resolution processes.

• Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating smooth collaboration.

• Proactively identify gaps in requirements and provide solutions to address these challenges.

• Conduct quality assurance activities to validate deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support the implementation and optimization of Sage 100 systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Maintain flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities and resource constraints.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in dynamic environments, ideally within smaller or medium-sized organizations.

• Proficiency in creating comprehensive user stories and functional requirements.

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug queries effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

• Ability to operate resourcefully and proactively, even with incomplete information.

• Familiarity with Sage 100 or other ERP systems.
