    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Risk Engineering Services Associate to join our team and provide critical administrative and research support. This role plays an important part in helping our Risk Engineering Services team maintain accurate documentation, manage information systems, and support project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and skilled in independent work within a structured environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct targeted internet research to gather and compile specific information.

    + Generate high-quality Google Map print screens following detailed guidelines.

    + Update records using proprietary systems and maintain organized filing systems.

    + Draft reports, letters, emails, and other documents with attention to accuracy and clarity.

    + Respond to routine inquiries with prepared correspondence.

    + Perform other general office support tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + 0–2 years of administrative or office experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneNote; excellent typing and computer skills required.

    + Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.

    + Ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.

    + Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

    •Education

    + High School Diploma or GED required.
