Marketing Analyst
Duration: 2–4 months (Contract, 30–40 hours/week, likely to extend)
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst with a passion for uncovering insights and optimizing marketing performance. This contract role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site work in Dallas, TX, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful strategies for a leading client. Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance.
+ Create and present detailed reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
+ Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends to support planning and decision-making.
+ Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with data findings.
+ Build and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools to track KPIs.
+ Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Top 3 Must-Haves:
+ 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a fast-paced or agency setting.
+ Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
+ Strong command of marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC) and Excel-based analysis.
Preferred Experience:
+ Background in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media analytics.
+ Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
+ Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
+ Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Tools:
+ Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
+ Business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
+ Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms.
+ Project management and collaboration tools.
+ Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
