    Position Highlights

    + Location: Fully onsite in Conroe, TX

    + Type: Contract-to-Hire

    + Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time

    What You'll Be Doing

     

    + Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams, including preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence

    + Schedule freight shipments, request trucking quotes, arrange pickups/deliveries, and track shipment timelines and costs

    + Review and log international shipping documents and create proformas for customs clearance

    + Process freight billing and code vendor invoices using SAP

    + Respond to internal and external phone inquiries, manage filing systems, and handle shipment complaints and billing issues

    + Handle domestic freight claims and perform rate analysis

    + Collaborate with other departments to support internal freight requests

    + Assist with various logistics and administrative duties as needed

    Requirements

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Experience: 1–5 years in a logistics, shipping, or administrative support role

    + Skills: Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); SAP experience a plus

    + Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized with strong communication skills

    + Flexibility: Willing to work extended hours when needed to meet deadlines
