Description We are looking for an experienced Insurance Claims & Denials Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in managing medical insurance claims, processing denials, and ensuring accurate resubmissions. Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze insurance claims for accuracy and compliance with policies.

• Investigate and process claims denials, identifying root causes and resolution strategies.

• Resubmit corrected claims to insurance providers in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed documentation of claims processing activities and outcomes.

• Utilize Epic EMR software to manage claim workflows and ensure data integrity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve claim approval rates.

• Monitor denial codes and trends to recommend process improvements.

• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims effectively.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and insurance policies to ensure compliance. Requirements • Proven experience in medical claims processing and handling insurance denials.

• Proficiency in Epic EMR software for claims management.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Knowledge of denial codes and claim resolution practices.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with insurance providers and internal teams.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and insurance policies.
