    A renowned nonprofit organization in the York area is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to join their team.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and overseeing correspondence.

    + Act as a strategic partner by anticipating and addressing leadership’s needs to enhance operational efficiency.

    + Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents required for decision-making and community initiatives.

    + Serve as a bridge between nonprofit leadership and key stakeholders, such as donors, board members, and community partners.

    + Handle a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.

    + Assist with planning and logistics for events and community-focused outreach programs.

    + Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism when managing sensitive information.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; nonprofit experience is a strong plus.

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

    + Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    + Flexibility with scheduling to support the organization’s ongoing community-focused efforts.

    + A deep commitment to community engagement and a passion for contributing to a nonprofit mission.
