Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth operations within a well-structured services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and organized atmosphere.

• Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and handle inquiries with efficiency.

• Maintain the reception area by ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Provide accurate information about the firm’s services to visitors and callers.

• Support team members with clerical duties as required, ensuring seamless operations.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in handling multiline phone systems.

• Familiarity with basic office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
