Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in The Colony, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, building models, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making across multiple business units. This opportunity offers exposure to system integrations, collaboration with leadership, and the chance to contribute to the continued growth of a financially stable organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Assist in system migration processes, including consolidating data across multiple ERP systems and supporting integration to Dynamics 365.
• Create and deliver detailed reports that meet organizational needs and summarize key findings for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to streamline reporting and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to data consolidation efforts resulting from acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support KPI tracking, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data reporting processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in company events and team-building activities to foster a collaborative work environment. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Expertise in building and maintaining financial models using Excel.
• Knowledge of system migration processes; familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Domo is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
