    What You’ll Do Each Day

     

    + Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and empathy

    + Assist customers with product details, order tracking, billing inquiries, and account support

    + Resolve customer issues patiently, clearly, and with a focus on achieving positive outcomes

    + Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems to maintain data integrity

    + Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues as necessary

    + Keep current with company products, policies, and procedures to provide knowledgeable support

    + Represent the company with a customer-first mindset and unwavering commitment to service excellence

    Requirements

    Who You Are

     

    + 3+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles ideally in a fast-paced environment

    + Fluent in both English and Spanish, strong verbal and written skills in both languages

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone

    + Strong problem-solving skills paired with a calm, empathetic approach under pressure

    + Comfortable navigating CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other call center software

    + Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently

    + A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others
